Supervisory Board

The duty of the Supervisory Board is to regularly advise and monitor the Management Board in the management of the company. It is involved in fundamental decisions. Committees

To enhance the efficiency of its work, the Supervisory Board has set up two committees (mediation and general committee). The committees are tasked with adopting resolutions, preparing meetings and resolutions of the Supervisory Board plenary.
