Celesio AG as an issuer whose securities are admitted to trading on an organised market is required to annually provide the general public with a document containing or referring to all information published or otherwise made available in the previous twelve months by Celesio AG to the general public pursuant to certain regulations of the German Securities Trading Act (“annual document”).
