Committees
To enhance the efficiency of its work, the supervisory board has set up a total of four committees (audit, personnel, arbitration and nomination committee). The committees are tasked with adopting resolutions, preparing meetings and resolutions of the supervisory board plenary. The supervisory board is regularly and comprehensively informed about the committees’ activities.
