Auditor
On 6 May 2010 the Annual General Meeting appointed Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Stuttgart, as auditors of the Company and the Group for financial year 2010, as well as to perform the audit review of the interim financial reports for financial year 2010 and the audit review of the interim financial reports for financial year 2011, to be prepared prior to the Annual General Meeting in 2011.
